Located in the highly demanded beachside area of Pererenan, only a 4-minute drive to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.
The big challenge of this luxury house was to make this massive amount of m2 to be experienced on a human scale and still feel it like a house. The land is deep, narrow, and with front views, very typical of the Canggu area where streams and rivers have shaped the roads and lands.
The project uses the moderately steep slope to spread the program in two buildings connected by a bridge, creating a central yard that receives the entrance and gives light and ventilation to the first building, where 4 bedrooms, a cinema, and a playroom are located.
The building is closer to the views, facing the swimming pool and the stream at the end of the land contains the main spaces like the main lounge, a bedroom, and the master bedroom.
This layout allows one to get a partial impression of the house, with its spaces finding the balance between luxury and human perception.
